It is estimated that over 32 Million Americans have Food Allergies. Food Allergies have more than doubled between2011 and 2018. There is no cure for food allergies. Peanuts is the most common food allergen among children. Shellfish, Tree Nuts, and Peanuts are the most common food allergens with adults.

AllerTrain – Lite

Course Objective: AllerTrain Lite is a Food Allergy and Gluten – Free Training presented by MenuTrinfo. Covering the essential information about how to safely interact and serve diners with special dietary needs such as Food Allergies, Intolerances, Sensitivities, and Celiac disease. Upon completion of the 30 – minute training, learners will understand the most important practices related to allergen control in the front of the house, the back of the house, and in an emergency. Each participant will be issued an AllerTrain Lite Certificate of Achievement that is valid for 5 years.

Intended Audience: All foodservice employees including, hourly front and back of house team members such as hosts/ hostess, bus boys, and servers working in the food service industry.

AllerTrain

Course Objective: AllerTrain is a Food Allergy and Gluten-Free Certificate Program presented by MenuTrinfo.

It covers all of the essential information about how to safely serve diners with special dietary needs, such as food allergies, intolerances, sensitivities, and celiac disease. Upon completion of the training, learners will be proficient in the best practices of allergen control, including safe food preparation techniques, policy development, legislation, and crisis management.

Following the successful completion of the course final exam, each participant will be issued an AllerTrain Certificate of Achievement that is valid for 5 years.

Intended Audience: Restaurant General Managers, Owners, Executive Chefs, Registered Dietitians, Food and Safety Managers, PIC’s, Kitchen Staff, Front-of-House Staff and anyone involved in commercial Restaurant Operation.

Length of Course: 3 – 4 hours including 60 minutes for exam

Course Objective: AllerTrain K-12 is a Food Allergy and Gluten – Free Certificate Program presented by MenuTrinfo covering all the essential information about how to safely serve students with special dietary needs, such as Food Allergies, Intolerances, Sensitivities, and Celiac Disease in a Primary or Secondary School Food Service Setting.

Upon completion of the training, learners will be proficient in the best practices of allergen control, including safe food preparation techniques, policy development, legislation, and crisis management. Following the successful completion of the course and final exam, each participant will be issued an AllerTrain K-12 Certificate of Achievement that is valid for 5 years.

Intended Audience: Primary and Secondary School Administrators, Food Service Managers, Nutritionists/Registered Dietitians, Cooks, Line Servers, and anyone else involved in providing meals to students.

Course Objective: AllerTrain U is a Food Allergy and Gluten – Free Certificate Program presented by MenuTrinfo covering all the essential information about how to safely serve students with special dietary needs such as, Food Allergies, Intolerances, Sensitivities, and Celiac Disease in a University Food Service Setting.

Upon completion of the training, learners will be proficient in the best practices of allergen control, including, safe food preparation techniques, policy development, legislation and crisis management.

Following the successful completion of the course final exam, each participant will be issued an AllerTrain U certificate that is valid for 5 years.
